SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Shipping – All Healing Hearts in-stock orders are shipped USPS first class (up to one pound) or USPS priority mail from our NJ headquarters. Orders are usually delivered within a maximum of 10 business days from receipt (depending on the “ship to” location).

Handling Time- Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship from the date it was placed. For personalized items, please allow 7-10 business days for printing files to be developed and for the item(s) to be customized and shipped.

Shipping Costs – Determined by USPS calculated rates with a Shopify discount factored in.

NOTE: A street address must be provided for all shipments. Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.

Restrictions: Healing Hearts ships to all US states, Canadian provinces and territories, and military addresses. We offer two USPS shipping methods for domestic orders, first class package and priority mail. For international orders, the two shipping methods are USPS first class package international and priority mail international. By default, orders weighing more than one pound will be shipped USPS priority mail.
