Refund policy
Returns
- All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund or exchange.
- To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Clothing items may be returned or exchanged for the following reasons:
- Received wrong size
- Received the wrong item
- Item is damaged
- To request a return or exchange, please provide your confirmation number and the date of purchase. We will email you a return authorization number.
- Personalized items cannot be returned for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items that are incorrect, defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange for the same item, send us an email at Info@HealingHeartsJourney.com and we will send an authorization to return the item for an exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original form of payment (credit card, etc.). If you are making an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped to you.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have made your return, been notified of its receipt by us and haven’t received a refund, please remember that some time may elapse before your refund is processed.
- If payment was made via bank transfer (via PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.), please check your account and if you do not see the refund, contact them to see if the refund is being processed.
- If you paid with a credit card, please contact the card company to find out when the refund will be applied to your account.
